Shipping Policy

 

  • Orders once received are processed within 24 working hours (with exception of bank holidays)

 

  • Delivery timeline is based on zone serviceability by our courier partners.

  • Delivery turn-around-time for Western India is 2-4 working days with exception of remote areas where courier partners do not have direct delivery services. In case of remote areas the delivery might get delayed by a day or two.

  • Delivery turn-around-time for Eastern India is 3-5 working days with exception of remote areas where courier partners do not have direct delivery services. In case of remote areas the delivery might get delayed by a day or two.

  • Delivery turn-around-time for Southern India is 3-5 working days with exception of remote areas where courier partners do not have direct delivery services. In case of remote areas the delivery might get delayed by a day or two.

  • Delivery turn-around-time for Northern India is 4-6 working days with exception of remote areas where courier partners do not have direct delivery services. In case of remote areas the delivery might get delayed by a day or two.

  • Delivery turn-around-time for North-Eastern India is 5-7 working days with exception of remote areas where courier partners do not have direct delivery services. In case of remote areas the delivery might get delayed by a day or two.

  • Delivery turn-around-time for United Kingdom bound orders is 5-7 working days with exception of non-serviceable postcodes where courier partners do not have direct delivery services. In case of remote areas the delivery might get delayed by a day or two. We do not delivery currently to BT post-codes.

  • Delivery turn-around-time for United States bound orders is 7-9 working days and orders can only be delivered to the US mainland excluding remote areas where delivery partners do not have direct delivery services.

  • Delivery turn-around-time for Canada bound orders is 8-10 working days and orders can only be delivered to the Canadian mainland excluding remote areas where delivery partners do not have direct delivery services.

  • Delivery turn-around-time for France & Germany bound orders is 7-9 working days and orders can only be delivered to the US mainland excluding remote areas where delivery partners do not have direct delivery services.

  • Delivery turn-around-time for Australia bound orders is 7-9 working days and orders can only be delivered to the US mainland excluding remote areas where delivery partners do not have direct delivery services.

  • We take utmost care with the packaging to ensure zero breakage during shipping. However in the event of you still receiving the parcel in a damaged condition a video & photographic evidence would be required for us to send a replacement product upon receipt of the initial product. The shipping cost in such events shall be borne by Perfume Parlour India. 

  • Damage to the product box or mailer box is not considered as a damage to the product so any claims with regards to that shall not be entertained.

  • In the event of the customer making a cancellation or returns request without even unsealing the box, Perfume Parlour India shall refund the entire order amount minus the shipping cost. The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.

  • If the customer requires an urgent replacement, www.perfumeparlour.in shall charge the customer for the new order, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.

  • Orders returned ‘Undelivered’ shall be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled.

  • Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard Delivery Services, will not be deemed ‘missing’ until 14 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period.

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/code will be mailed to you.
