RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

  • Customers have the right to make a ‘return their order’ request within the first 48 hours cooling off period from receiving their goods.

 

  • Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order, it’s only the product cost that shall be refunded after deduction of postal charges 'within 15 days of receipt' of returned goods. The same shall apply in case of international shipments/orders.

 

  • All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have been unused and in sealed condition. The refund amount credit turn-around-time for domestic orders would be 6 -to-7 working days and international orders would be 7-to-9 working days.

 

  • Postage cost will be refunded only in the event of incorrect product received, or were faulty or damaged upon receipt. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.

 

  • Returned items should be sent by recorded/registered delivery, www.perfumeparlour.in shall not cover return postage costs.

  • Any returned items must be received within 15 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. The return window applies to both domestic and international orders.

  • Any returns after this time due to delay for any reason whatsoever may only receive a part refund subject to scrutiny at our warehouse and at the sole discretion of www.perfumeparlour.in

  • Any goods returned more than 2 months after purchase, whether faulty or not, will not be refunded or replaced and the returned goods will be disposed of.

  • If the rare occasion occurs whereby the customer receives an incorrect item, www.perfumeparlour.in will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.

  • If the customer requires an urgent replacement, www.perfumeparlour.in shall charge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.

  • Orders returned ‘Undelivered’ shall be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage. Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled.

  • Orders not received, which were dispatched by Standard Delivery Services, will not be deemed ‘missing’ until 14 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period.

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate/code will be mailed to you.

  • None of the above effects your statutory rights.
